(If you want the first letter capitalized, please specifically state- first letter capitalized)
2. Font desired- if different from main photo
3.Font Placement- if different from photo- straight across, curved around the bottom…
3. Necklace length- 18” given if none specified
4. Pearl or Crystal choice- (if included) & different from main photo

Jewelry Orders
I strive to make each customer fully satisfied with their purchase. All jewelry is made custom and hand stamped individually, letter by letter. Therefore, each piece will be a special, unique creation and vary slightly. The letters and spacing will not be perfectly straight as it would be with a machine. This adds to the handcrafted charm. However, I do my absolute best to send out high quality jewelry. If there is a problem with you piece, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. If the error was my mistake, I will gladly fix the piece and refund any return shipping fees. I am unable to give refunds or exchanges on pieces that you just change your mind about, as each is custom and I only ship out pieces I believe are high quality. Thanks!
Finishes
All pieces are polished and tumbled for a shiny smooth finish. Matte finish is available upon request. I can also dome or texture/hammer pieces. Most of the sterling silver items have been darkened/oxidized, so the letters will show up darker. All gold pieces are left plain. I can also leave silver letters unoxidized/plain if desired. If you would like an alternative finish, texture, or doming, just let me know in the message to seller area upon checkout.
Fonts/Stamping on the back
Unfortunately, I am not able to stamp on the backs of charms, as this can alter the stamping on the front, even on the thickest of charms. However, you can always add on additional charms if desired.

Payment
As each item is made custom, your order must be paid in full before it is processed. You can easily pay through PayPal online, even if you don't have an account with them. Shipping & Tracking
U.S.
Orders:
All
orders are shipped out within one week, usually sooner, using first class mail
(which takes an additional 2-5 days for U.S. postal delivery.)
If
you need an order sooner, please contact me through Etsy convo. I’ll be glad
accommodate your needs if possible. If
we discuss rush shipping (or a specific date you need an item by), please
remind me of the date you need it by in the note to seller area upon checkout,
so I don’t forget. Thanks! Shipping
upgrades (Priority or Next Day/Express) are available for an additional cost- I
can set up a custom listing for you if you would like these. Priority is an extra $3 (2-3 day delivery in
the mail). Next Day is an extra $16.
Canada
and other International Orders:
All
orders are shipped out within a week, but I cannot guarantee delivery times, as
items can get caught up in customs. I
am also unable to track international orders after they leave the US. I ship to Canada using first class mail, and
it usually takes around 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Other international orders are shipped using Priority International Mail
and usually take 2-3 weeks or longer.
**Please
note, international orders, including Canada, must go through customs, and you
may be required to pay additional taxes to your country. Any duties or fees
imposed are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Packaging
Each charm/necklace is shipped in a gift box/bag and comes with a small sample polish cloth.
Jewelry Care
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to moisture. Storing
your pieces in an airtight plastic bag when not wearing them will help prevent
tarnish. To extend the life of your jewelry, I recommend removing it before sleeping,
swimming, and showering, but occasionally getting your jewelry wet will not
hurt it. Just be sure to dry it
off. You will also receive a small
polish cloth sample with your order to clean pieces if needed. Larger polish

Jewelry and Children
This jewelry is not intended for babies or small children that may put
pieces in their mouth, as it is possible for charms and crystals to come off
necklaces and become a choking hazard.
Quantity/Custom Orders
I have lots of charms in stock, but usually only list a few at a time. If you would like multiples of an item, please let me know and I will increase the quantity or set up a custom listing for you. I can also make custom pieces if desired.
